Asus Tinker Board hardware, OS, factory reset

Hello, Dears,

I have such a problem please help me.

To put it simply, this Asus tinker board is not new, it was installed on another device and it worked. I decided to remove this board from another devices and work on it independently, but the HDMI that I connect to the monitor does not output the image. "NO SIGNAL". On this boron is recorded another person program and the operating system too. I want to use it for other things, but I can not turn it on

I think it should reset, please tell me how to restart or how to display the image on the monitor.
