How to set uart in 2S

Trying to use ttyS0 port of UART0 of 2S.
I have tried settings such as baudrate setting, console, uart0=on, etc. in /boot/config.txt known in the forum,
 but reception to 2S works normally, but I do not receive a value from the receiver even though I write.
 Have there been any cases like this? I changed the communication line and changed the module.

 

I tested both Windows and Linux using the putty program.

Windows Putty -> Linux Putty is ok

Linux Putty -> Windows Putty Write is failed

Linux S0 Port -> Linux S4 Port is ok

Linux S4 Port -> Linux S0 Port is ok

I made a mistake because I am a beginner. It was resolved.
