ASUS Tinker System 3N is an Arm®-based fanless embedded computer designed to optimize industrial efficiency. With low power consumption and versatile interfaces, it supports robust both industrial and retail IoT capabilities across multiple operating systems. Its rugged, compact design meets military-grade standards for shock and vibration resilience, making it ideal for smart factory, human-machine interfaces (HMI) applications and outdoor kiosk deployments.
Rugged design for industrial reliability
Engineered to meet US MIL-STD-810H military-grade standards for shock and vibration, Tinker System 3N ensures reliable operation in high-vibration environments and harsh outdoor conditions.
- Vibration (during operation): Handles vibrations up to 3 Grms across 5-500 Hz (MIL-STD 810H Method 514.8, Category 4).
- Shock (during operation): Withstands shocks up to 40 Grms for 11ms (MIL-STD 810H Method 516.8, Procedure I).
Compact and wide-temperature design
Tinker System 3N is fanless and rugged, with a compact 0.79-liter size and an extruded aluminum chassis. It supports a wide temperature range (-40 to 60 degrees Celsius), ideal for harsh outdoor environments. Efficient thermal management ensures stable operation, reliability and extended lifespan.
Wide voltage range and comprehensive protection
Supporting 12V-24V, Tinker System 3N features robust defense mechanisms including both over-voltage and over-current protection (OVP and OCP), electrostatic discharge (ESD) and reverse-current protection (RCP) to prevent damage. These safeguards ensure high reliability and extended lifespan, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.
