    The ttyFIQ working fine at startup, u-boot + first pair sec of kernel , but is unusable as android console . I tried some changes also in the   kernel ( delayed load of fiq-debug module, dump clock source etc  ) without success . I think the problem is in the tx FIFO  of fiq-debug module, but not sure ( the board receive OK comands from PC ex. reboot  ) 

    Also i have change USB to serial converter cable without positive effects.

    I have change ttyFIQ0 to ttyS0 ( dts, BoardConfig etc ). In this case u-boot and first 3 second of startup kernel send data on early-conn and then kernel switch to ttyS0 and android console working fine. 

    Maybe my hardware has problems , but this is very strange.

    I not undestand how this problem is not reproducible.

    I think that after the first part of my integration I will try to swap on the dts ttyFIQ in a classic uart as ttySx ( I have to see if it is possible )

    I have build android from source several time but the result is alway the same .

    The board start u-boot ok so when start the kernel after 0,4 sec send incomprensible messages.

    when i send comand from pc to board seem receive correct commands. (ex ls, ps,top etc) but the response is yet incomprensible.

    The board also has strange behavior at first startup after new copy of image to sdcard. The board restart two time and end with kernel panic.

    when I switch power off /on android coming up fine. ( but the console on tty continue to send incomprensible message ).

    From this point i can enter via adb connect / shell and seem working fine ( net ok, wifi ok , hdmi ok , bluethoth ok )

    Someone have the same problems ? . The source is aligned at the Manifests in github, build ok with no error.

    ./build.sh -r ( with previous change on build.sh )
