Does the kernel in the newest TinkerOS release support binfmt? Or I need to build the kernel myself.

When will debian 10 be ready for the tinker board?

I got 2.9.4 to work, and it works just fine if you try to connect to a pc with a newer version of anydesk and viceversa. You can download it from:https://download.anydesk.com/rpi/anydesk_2.9.4-1_armhf.deb
