AlexDzhus 0 Posted July 24, 2022 (edited) Hello, I am about to buy a Tinker Board 2S and before it I would like to know if I can connect it to Android Studio ? Do I need to install additional drivers on my PC for it ? Can I use any of USB ports for it, or it must be USB type-C ? Alex Dzhus 0 Posted July 25, 2022 Sorry, maybe I just doesn't understand how does it work. Does anyone use Android Studio on Windows PC linked to Tinker Board on Android in general ? Like for regular Android developement. If no, how do you develop/debug your apps for Tinker Board ?
tooz 54 Posted July 28, 2022 hello @Alex Dzhus, 1. flash tinker board 2s with android img -- the .img files can be downloaded here: Tinker Board (asus.com) 2. connect the board to the pc, on android studio website, there are steps of how you can test your app on a hardware device (here being tinker board 2s): https://developer.android.com/studio/run/device
