how to install libedgetpu for C language

Hi guys.

I want to know how to install libedgetpu library.
I'm trying to make inferences using C language, but I can't find edgetpu.h or edgetpu_c.h. So, I want to know how to install libedgetpu for C/C++ language.

for now only python and c++ are supported
